HIGH QUALITY MOVA PLASTER, GRADE 100# PLASTER 10

Description of products

Mova Plaster 10 - a senior plaster with grade 100#, is ready-mixed and packed in the Plant. Mova Plaster 10 removed all harmful impurities such as mud, organic and inorganic impurities and especially it has high duration and is environmental – friendly. The components of Mova Plaster 10 include Polyme cementing materials, screened dry sand and multi-functional additives produced in accordance with formula researched and developed by Mova Laboratories.

Applied fields:

Mova Plaster 10  is used to plaster walls of indoor and outdoor works which use kinds of bricks such as cored bricks, non-burned block brick and light concrete brick with plastering thickness of 7 – 10mm, only two third thickness of traditional plastering.

-         High buildings require senior quality

-         The works located in narrow lane in city and urban areas

-     New-constructed cultural works such as pagoda, church, monument, cultural house, museum…

-         The works in use need be repaired, improved without stopping operations

-         Restoring the foresaid works

      Mova Plaster is measured out, ready-mixed and packed on high-automatic production line in accordance with Gernman Technology.

2. Clean plaster with duration of two or three times higher compared with traditional plaster           

Mova Plaster 10 removed all harmful impurities such as mud, organic and inorganic impurities like rotten wood, wastes etc… in sand during production.

3.   Construction period is shortened one forth and early put into use:

-         Shortening one forth waiting period to execute such next steps as painting, trowelling and paving decarative materials…thanks to Mova plaster’s strength promply satisfies design grade and dryness which allow early perfection.

-         Shortening one third labor cost and execution time thank to not requiring sand screening at site before plastering

-         Cutting down 90% execution time and cost of sanitation, transporting wastes from site as resulted from no materials dropped out during maintenance and construction.

4.  Saving one third materials compared with traditional plaster:

-         Mova plaster is light, only equal to two third of density of traditional plaster

-         Plastering thickness of Mova is thick, only equal to two third of traditional plaster

-         Loss rate is unsignificant, reducing 95% loss rate of materials use allowed by the State norm.

5.  Environmental-friendly, improving users’ living standard.       

The entire production,transportation and use process cause no waste, environmental polution and the special features of Polyme cement plaster are not to cause shrinkage and shattering to the works during use.

Instructions for using Mova Plaster 10:

-         Automatically and continuously mixing by mixing station silo D 40

-         Automatically mixing by mixer M-tec D 20 for packed plaster

-         Mixing by concrete mixer or manual

-         Compression strength (28 days): at least 100kG/cm²

-         Level of mixing water = (19-22)% dry plaster mass

-         Plastering thickness of Plaster 10         : from 7mm to 10mm

-         Output                                   : 1 ton Plaster 10 provides 590 ltters fresh plaster

                                                         1 bag of 50 kg provides 29.5 liters fresh plaster

Use rate:

Actual use weight of Plaster 10: 21kg/ 1m2/cm thickness

Packing:

- Packed in moistureproof paper bag, type of 50kg, 40 bags/ Jambo moistureproof bag.

- In Jambo bag, type of 1000kg

- In automatical pumping and mixing silo M-tec installed at site

Storage and maintenance:

-         In bag: at least 6 months in non-open condition, stored in dry place

-         In bulk in Jambo bag, in solo protected fully against impacts of air   

-         No special attention

Safety:

Precautions: Mova Plaster 10 is the product originated in cement, alkaline. It is necessary to take appropriate measures to minimize direct contact with skin. If material is splashed into eyes, wash immediately with water and see a doctor immediately.
